28th of december, went to school for just about the whole day mashing up onions for ee....... mentally and physically exhausted.
when i was in school, saw a whole load of soon to be sec 1s happily being accompanied by their parents at the round about in school taking measurements for uniforms from bibi and baba. hope they know what they are in for.

After an immensely long period away from blogging, but such a short space away from Singapore, i am back here to announce that i have come back safe and sound. interestingly enough but yet just as scary, thrilling, exhilarating etc, the part about going up to the highlands can be said to be highly dangerous. just a narrow strip of land of 2lanes of road, winding it all directions, with sides that plunge down maybe about 20-30m on one side at at time, and the vehicle swaying abit as it turns each corner and bend, instilled the fear that the bus was going to plunge down into some ravine or something.
the first day alone, the people i travelled with and i went for some half day tour up to the highest point of cameron highlands. the driver cum guide was some indian guy that claimed to be 18, and was driving so recklessly i feared for my life, like seriously. the worse part was when he was driving at high speed down the mountain, and couldnt turn fast enough, ending up with one side of the van in the shallow ditch by the side of the road. no wait, that wasnt the worse. the worse was when he assumed we all had no idea about anything about plants or nature, and started asking us random questions about moss in the forest and its uses, like using it to clean shoes and to drink.
